Study Questions: Acts 12:1—24

Study Questions: Acts 12:1—24

This week, we are studying Acts 12, a somber passage in which James is killed and Peter is imprisoned. This passage highlights the importance of prayer. God delivers Peter, but prayer is the catalyst. How do you understand the relationship between God’s sovereignty and our prayers? What does this passage teach us about God, His sovereignty, and His glory? What are the implications for life and ministry?  What difficult situations in your life do you need to commit to prayer? How will you pray for that situation?

We hope these study questions will be helpful to you. You can print them off, download them to an e-reader, or use them online here. Feel free to use them for personal devotions, in your home groups, or during family time.
