Preparing for Sunday, Jan. 22nd | “The Gospel to The Pharisee”

“Amazing grace! How sweet the sound, That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see.”

– John Newton, Amazing Grace

This week, on Sunday, January 22nd, we continue in our series, “From Joy, For Joy / Gospel Mission.” Our sermon title is “The Gospel to the Pharisee,” and the text is from Acts 9: the conversion of Paul the Apostle. We invite you to look over this excerpt from our bulletin as we prepare our hearts to worship on Sunday.

Second Scripture Reading: John 3:1-8

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
