Brenton grew up in a Christian home in Austin, Texas, as the second of four boys, and is thankful for the Lord’s grace in giving him a family and upbringing that pointed him to Christ from an early age. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in finance and began his career in tax and accounting consulting after graduation.
In 2018, his work brought him to New York City, which has since become home. By God’s providence, it was also here that he met his wife, Jordan – who is also from Texas. Together they are grateful to belong to the Christ Church family and for the ways God has used this community in their lives.
Brenton now serves as a ministry apprentice, thankful for the opportunity to grow in Christ, to be further equipped for gospel service, and to serve the church in this new way. In his free time, he enjoys reading, fishing, cooking, and exploring the city with Jordan. He is also an avid sports fan and is known for retaining far too many irrelevant sports facts.
