Mark is the former Chief Compliance Officer of Prudential Investment Management Services LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member firm, and wholly-owned by Prudential Financial. Mark held this position from late 2005 through his retirement from Prudential on September 30, 2020. Prior to joining Prudential, he was Director of Compliance for a federally registered investment adviser, and affiliated broker-dealer. Prior to entering the compliance field, Mark was a litigation attorney in private practice with several Manhattan law firms. He holds B.A., M.Div., and J.D. degrees and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
Mark taught Bible at the Harvard Club in NYC for 5 years, has filled the pulpit in various churches in the tri-state area (PCA; Christian & Missionary Alliance; independent Filipino; Reformed Episcopal; Reformed Church of America; United Reformed Church) and served as a youth pastor in a Korean church in Chicago. He has also spoken at regional meetings of the Christian Legal Society. He has been married to his wife, Dalila, for over 30 years, and they have 3 adult children. He and his family have been with Christ Church since its inception.
