Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored

Discover who Jesus is.

Discover why he came.

Discover what it means to follow him.

Are you new to this thing called Christianity? Do you have a friend that you really want to share the gospel with, but don’t quite know where to start? How about a family member that you think would be open to studying the Bible in a small group setting, but may be afraid of having to read aloud, sing, or pray in front of others?

Well, we have just the course. Christianity Explored is designed to offer a non-threatening place for people to come, listen, learn, and ask questions about who Jesus is, why He had to die, and what it means to follow Him. The setting is a group of people gathering for coffee/snacks, watching a short video, and then discussing the contents of the video as well as the assigned Bible readings from the past week. Ideally, if you have a friend, family member, neighbor or coworker, you would invite them to come, and you would come along with them. This offers you the ability to follow up with your guest outside of the class in case they have further questions about the course.

As we approach Christmas, this is a wonderful opportunity to share the hope of Jesus with those around us. Think about how you might connect with friends, neighbors, or coworkers — perhaps by inviting them to one of our Christmas services, welcoming them into your home, or simply starting a conversation about what Christmas truly means.

In January (2026), we will be hosting a Christianity Explored course, a relaxed and open space for anyone who would like to explore the Christian faith, ask questions about life and belief, and discover who Jesus is, why He came, and what it means to follow Him.
